Description
I have seen at least one case where an author removed, for example, a variation from the list, but not the corresponding strain.
We could discuss perhaps presenting interconnected data like this, e.g. strain, gene, variation, in a single table so that if authors would have the option to remove all entities at once.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. First review how strain, gene, and variation data are currently presented and removed, then discuss the desired single-table layout and whether removing one entity should remove all interconnected entities before implementation begins.
