Research direction

Reproduce the import using UnityPlayground_Jan18.unitypackage in Unity 2017.3.1f1 Personal and start with the reported access-denied path, c:/Program Files/Unity/Editor/Data/unity/Extensions/Unity/Tango/Android/unitygar.aar. The work is done when the installer package imports without the copying-file failure.
