Cannot fully scroll in slash menu near end of page

What’s broken?

When the new block menu is open, one is not able to scroll to the end.

Also reproducible on https://www.blocknotejs.org/examples/basic/minimal

What did you expect to happen?

i should be able to see the full menu

Steps to reproduce

write some text in a document. Then when in the bottom quadrant of the page, click the plus symbol or type a slash to open the block selection menu.

Attempt to scroll to the bottom. You are not able to.

Reproduced to happen on both firefox linux and chrome windows on different screen sizes.

Reproduce the issue in the BlockNote demo at https://www.blocknotejs.org/examples/basic/minimal by opening the plus or slash block selection menu near the bottom of a document. Trace the menu's positioning and scrolling behavior, then verify that the entire menu can be reached and viewed in Chrome and Firefox at different screen sizes.
