Hover on a link in documentation freezes the page

Describe the bug

Whenever I hover on a link on frameworks section of the documentation, browser is completely blocked.

To reproduce the issue, you just need to hover on React or Solid card and try to click Full install instructions link.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. Go to the frameworks section in the docs
2. Hover over the React card in the middle section.
3. Try to click Full install instructions link.
4. See the page is frozen/unresponsive

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to click the link on the documentation and page still stays responsive.
