Devtools panel doesnt show panel content until popup window opened

Devtools panel doesnt show until popup window opened in MS Edge (only tested brwoser)
When i close the popout window then the panel disappers again

Context:

• react 19
• vite
• react-router framework mode
• MacOS
• Browser: MS edge
