Camera left open after canceled cameraButton capture

@megoth: Seems to mostly work as intended, although I did run into one bug.

Open "Edit your profile"
Try to take a profile picture with webcam (click on new camera button)
Allow browser to use webcam
Take picture
Indicate that I'm not happy with picture, try take a new one (by clicking on the "retry"-icon)
After this, it doesn't look the webcam is closed properly. Chrome indicates the status of the cam with a red dot in the tab that uses it. After doing the aforementioned steps, the red dot does not go away until I refresh the webpage.

まず Edit your profile からウェブカメラのフローを再現します。新しいカメラボタンを開き、画像を撮影してから、再試行アイコンを使用します。再試行の経路でカメラストリームがどのように処理されるかを追跡します。再試行後にページを更新しなくてもブラウザのカメラインジケーターが消灯すれば完了です。
