One click package adding logic in the package list

We've already added this button to the package lists:

We would like to hook this up to automatically create a PR on the relevant RoboStack distro GitHub repo.

Some ideas on how to do this:

1. Start a seperate server that can handle a GitHub App and let the user login to create a PR in their name. ( Departure from the serverless github pages we have right now)
2. Simply create a "Create Issue" link with prefilled description that could be picked up by a GitHub bot. (PR will not be in the user's name).
3. Point directly to the "Edit file" button of the relevant vinca.yaml (More complex for new people)
