Description
For the purpose of the Hardware-X paper, I'd like to be able to see exactly how bright our LEDS are when they are all on at full power. I don't know the correct Units for this --candles, lumniosity--- I assume @ForrestErickson can figure that out. We can purchase whatever meter is needed for doing this.
I'm not sure how the measurement should be made--perhaps at 1 meter distance exactly in front of it? Perhaps at 5 meters both directly face-on and at 45 degrees?
