I find the 2" speaker we have put into the KRAKE devices of early 2025 not loud enough.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
I find a larger diameter, higher efficiency, speaker helps a lot.
The 3" speaker from Parts Express is an interesting candidate for an internal speaker but with an external jack we allow any 8 Ohm speaker box to be connected externally.
