Hello,

When I'm using Proxyman before an audience e.g. on conference or in a workshop, I'd really love to have an option to redact-out values of chosen HTTP headers (such as *token* or *cookie* or auth*).

Otherwise it may be dangerous to open Proxyman before other people =)
