[Windows] does MapRemote actually work for websocket?

Description
start a next dev server, use a https domain in browser, use proxyman to route this to localhost, the browser sends "wss://xxx.com/_next/hmr?id=xxx" url, in proxyman, jut keep getting this error:

Current Behavior
got 999 error
Expected Behavior
should proxy the websocket request to next correctly and make the page work;
Also if it can be proxied by scripting tool for websocket?
