[Feature Request] Setting for including variables in completion without trigger `$`

Summary

I would like to request a setting to include variables on completion list without triggering $ to save my hand from typing it, I just don't like typing $.

Proposed Design

For example, when typing IsWi, $IsWindows should appear in completion list even if I didn't type leading $. And this kind of item should autocomplete the $ on confirm.

この issue では、ファイル、テスト、エントリーポイントが指定されていません。まず PowerShell の補完実装とトリガー文字の処理箇所を特定し、次に変数補完用の設定とカバレッジをどこに置くべきかを判断してください。設定によって先頭に $ のない変数が公開され、変数補完によって説明どおりに $ が挿入されることを確認できれば完了です。
