`SuppressMessageAttribute` not working for ScriptBlock params

Steps to reproduce

	param(
		$wordToComplete,

Expected behavior

Rule `PSReviewUnusedParameter` doesn't trigger for parameter `$wordToComplete`.

Actual behavior

Rule `PSReviewUnusedParameter` triggers for parameter `$wordToComplete`.

Using built-in version of VSCode Powershell extension (v2022.10.0)

使用 PSReviewUnusedParameter 规则重现 PowerShell 示例，并确认对于 $wordToComplete 会忽略 suppression attribute。跟踪 ScriptBlock 参数的 analyzer 入口点，并检查其现有测试（如果有）。当该规则不再报告该参数，同时保留对未抑制参数的当前行为时，即表示完成。
