Formatting .where and .foreach methods is incorrect

When using the methods .where and .foreach in VS Code there's an incorrect indentation of the closing brackets and a space is added after the method.

Expected behavior

@().foreach({

})

Actual behavior

@().foreach( {

    })

Related to an issue in the PowerShell repo.

報告では、ソースファイルもテストも指定されていません。PSScriptAnalyzer 1.17.1 を使用して VS Code で .where と .foreach のフォーマット例を再現し、その後、スペースと閉じ括弧のインデントを担当する formatter のパスを特定してください。回帰なしで出力が期待される例と一致すれば完了です。
