説明

During development we have to produce a local build to debug before deployment. A search on a local build should remain on the local build and not navigate out to https://www.plasmapy.org.

The current (2020 March 3) implementation of the search engine does search the local files, but it automatically prepends the file link with https://www.plasmapy.org, opposed to typical 127.0.0.1:8000.
