What is the wording in-game?

Eternal Blessing: Your Non-Blessing Skills which Reserve Mana are Disabled while you have an Aura from a Supported Skill on you.

What is the wording in Path of Building?

There should be a warning in pob, when you try to use a mine together with mines, I just tested it, apparently you cant use mines with eternal blessing builds
