i cant run pob. Help please.

How does Path of Building behave?

When i install the latest version of POB client. Application gives me some errors below:

I tried to install the app as an administator. Checked some of my apps like Directx, NetFramework, Java, VisualC++. They r fine. I dont know what to do. Any help? Please.
