2.52.3 portable crash on startup

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

• I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What platform are you running Path of Building on?

1. Downloaded the current portable version of POB ( I did this because I couldn't get the installer version to work)
2. After unzipping the code I was able to import a build (https://pobb.in/BuNxOBIGRtX3)
3. Shortly after first import the app starts crashing. Now it crashes without any build selected.

How to reproduce the issue

Download PathOfBuildingCommunity-Portable.zip from https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/releases

Create a directory for the POB code

Unzip PathOfBuildingCommunity-Portable.zip into new folder (tried both 7zip and windows native unzip)

Open POB

まず、Windows portable ZIP と https://pobb.in/BuNxOBIGRtX3 の build を使ってクラッシュを再現し、その後 SimpleGraphic.log を調べて報告された障害を確認します。完了条件は、その build をインポートした後も portable Path of Building アプリが起動時にクラッシュせず、開いたまま使用できることです。
