How is Path of Building expected to behave?

When I enter My username There should be a list of my characters under my account

How does Path of Building behave?

When I enter my username in the search I receive an error saying my account is private MY ACCOUNT IS NOT PRIVATE
UPDATE: I Was informed to enter the numbers at the end of my name and I tried that same dilemma.

How to reproduce the issue

Search the user name in the screen shots or any PSN related User name
