Scaling PoB to my vertical screen makes the right side of the upper bar (loadouts e.g.) inaccessable

How to reproduce the issue

My vertical screen is set to 1080 x 1920, adjusting the window size of PoB to it's width of 1080 cuts out the rightmost part of the top bar.
