"Enabling this gem" and CALC Failure for CRIT under some conditions (2.38.4)

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

Example:
Crit-Builds suffer to approach 100% of crit-chance. Assassin's Mark - is a vital skill since it raises the bast-crit. In many imported builds the tooltip should (and is) visible, but not in all!

How does Path of Building behave?

BUT: Following some guides the checkbox tooltip "Enabling/Disabling this gem" .. did not appear (UI-bug) AND the additional crit was not reflected in the calculation tab and the stat-frame (left side) (App-bug).

How to reproduce the issue

I have some ideas, but could not so far reproduce a clean scenario. Maybe the tree-skill interaction led to the errors. E.g. I socketed a Thread-of-Hope large ring and allocated e.g. Mark-the-prey to boost Assassin's Mark.

Empieza investigando builds importadas que incluyan Assassin's Mark y la interacción reportada entre Thread of Hope y Mark-the-Prey. Reproduce el tooltip de gema que falta y compara la probabilidad de crítico mostrada, la pestaña de cálculo y el marco de estadísticas del lado izquierdo; el issue estará terminado cuando el tooltip y la bonificación de crítico aparezcan y se calculen correctamente de forma consistente.
