- I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

How is Path of Building expected to behave?
PoB actually launches.
How does Path of Building behave?
When i launch PoB it only shows me the screen shot i have attached below. when i hit enter it shows me the second screenshot attactched i dont know how to fix the issue, i have uninstalled and reinstalled, uninstalled deleted all remaining files on my computer and reinstalled and this is the same error showing up.
