Add consuming thrall to list of spectres

Consuming thralls seem to be a somewhat unique damage dealing spectre and I believe they could be interesting for the community to play around with if only it was possible to understand how to scale them!

Add Consuming Thrall spectre so that it can be selected from pob's raise spectre ability.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Tried adding them to PoB manually with no success.
