What is the value from the calculation in-game?

When leveling Conc Effect from level 20 to 21, damage goes up.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

In the attached PoB, leveling Conc Effect from 20 to 21, damage does not go up despite the more multiplier for the gem going from 40 to 41 (when accounting for +2 from chest, which PoB does correctly consider). Attached images show "Total More" multiplier is unchanged despite what should be a ~1.5% change.

How to reproduce the issue

1 - Select the Shockwave Totem socket group in the attached PoB.
2 - Increment Concentrated Effect from level 20-21. Note no change in damage.
3 - Uncheck Multiple Totems.
4 - Toggle Concentrated Effect between levels 20 and 21. Note the change in damage.

This looks like an intermediate rounding or floating point issue. Note that the "Total More" value does not change on the calculations page when you do #2 as well.
