PoB on 2nd monitor goes black screen if not focused

Not sure what is going on but when I have pob on 2nd monitor and I switch back to primary monitor to either play poe or use chrome or just do anything on primary the whole pob goes black screen. This does not happen with any other application on my 2nd monitor. If I mouse back over pob it then displays correctly (until I go back to primary monitor).
