issues i am having with pob

Check version

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

• I've checked for duplicate issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

it should run smooth and i not having that

How does Path of Building behave?

when i tab out of pob it goes full screen but out of screen i have to windows out then hit the size button ont he top to get the pob back in frame or the mouse to location is out of place. also it dims my screen i have to exit the pob and go into mu settings and turn hdr off and on to get my screen brightness back

How to reproduce the issue

it dose this most when i tab out of the pob for the full screen bug and if i go in and out of pob it dims my screen
