can not update to 3.17

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

• I've checked for duplicate issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What is the expected behaviour/value?

Ive tried re downloading the program multiple times. i tired to go back to an older version to see if i could trick it to update. nothing is working please help!

says update has failed and to check my connection and try again
