Settings.xml corrupts if there is an issue launching

• What happened?
  PoB hung while launching so I closed it. On restarting, it gave an error about being unable to parse settings.xml on line 5; without warning it then OVERWROTE settings.xml with a blank one (so now I have lost a ton of profiles that I regularly pulled builds from).
• What were you trying to do?
  Opening PoB to import a build
• What steps will reproduce the bug?
• Kill PoB while the green pre-launch window is open, then start PoB again.

緑色の起動前ウィンドウが開いている間に PoB を終了させて起動シーケンスを再現し、その後、再起動時に settings.xml がどのように解析され上書きされるかを調査します。malformed または不完全な settings.xml によって、ユーザーのプロファイルが空のファイルで暗黙に置き換えられなければ完了です。
