Changes in tiers values when adding a specific mod

Hi,

In the 1.4.170.22 version I spoted 2 stranges things when testing a Hunter wand :

1. The presence of the affixe "60-120% increased Damage when on Full Life" in suffixe list, with 2 tiers (T2 : 60-99%. ; T1: 100-120%). Never saw this mods, before. Maybe it's a 3.13 mod, but not sure, so I will let you check it ;
2. When I was adding the specific suffixe "+# % to Damage over Time Multiplier", then the tiers values of the "# % increased Damage when on Full Life" affixe changes. The values of each tiers just swaped, so T2 was 100-120% and T1 60-99%.

Reproduisez le problème en utilisant le texte de wand fourni dans Path of Building version 1.4.170.22, en vous concentrant sur les paliers de suffixe "Damage when on Full Life" et "Damage over Time Multiplier". Vérifiez que la liste des affixes et l’ordre des paliers restent corrects après l’ajout du suffixe spécifique ; le problème est résolu lorsque les deux changements signalés ne se produisent plus.
