PC lags really hard since newest patch

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

PoB is expected to run smooth.

How does Path of Building behave?

PoB launches properly, then everything lags like crazy. PoB feels like it runs on 5FPS.

How to reproduce the issue

I updated PoB after league start of 3.29. Since then the error occurs.

Reproducing:

1. Click on update PoB.

Note: Update changelog was empty once. I can not replicate as it lags even when uninstalling and reinstalling.
PoB is located in %appdata%.
