Window Tools: clone split / swap splits

In two-pane file manager ForkLift there are some cool little commands like "Clone pane" (open in the right pane the same folder as the one that I see in the left pane or vice versa) and "Swap panes" (open in the left pane the thing that is currently on the right and vice versa).

Maybe the same commands could be implemented in "Window Tools" plugin? Imagine how convenient it could be.

It is mostly suitable for two splits / two windows, obviously, but I can also imagine it working in a cyclic way if that's more convenient and/or universal to implement.

Issue では Window Tools plugin の名前が挙げられていますが、ファイルパスやテストはありません。まずその plugin を見つけ、splits または windows をどのように管理しているかを確認してください。2 つの pane のクローンと入れ替えの動作を定義し、循環動作が必要かどうかも含めたうえで、両方のコマンドを手動で検証してください。
