[@nativescript/localize] Exception thrown when changing translations

Describe the bug
Sometimes, when I add a new translation to localize plugin's language file (en.default.json), this error shows up:

In order to get rid of it, I usually have to build my app once more.

Comece reproduzindo a falha depois de adicionar uma tradução ao arquivo en.default.json do plugin localize e, em seguida, inspecione o caminho de inicialização do Android do plugin em torno dos erros de entry-point e module-resolution relatados. Compare uma execução que falha com outra que obtém sucesso após um novo build. Está concluído quando alterar as traduções não causar mais a exceção de application entry-point nem exigir um build adicional.
