[@nativescript/localize] Exception thrown when changing translations

Describe the bug
Sometimes, when I add a new translation to localize plugin's language file (en.default.json), this error shows up:

In order to get rid of it, I usually have to build my app once more.

Start by reproducing the failure after adding a translation to the localize plugin's en.default.json file, then inspect the plugin's Android startup path around the reported entry-point and module-resolution errors. Compare a failing run with one that succeeds after rebuilding. Done means changing translations no longer causes the application entry-point exception or requires an extra build.
