android plugins built multiple times

my material components all depend on @nativescript-community/ui-material-core.
If you build an app using multiple of them you ll see something like that
We should only need to build it once.

Issue にリンクされている demo-vue アプリケーションから始め、複数の Material コンポーネントを使用してその Android ビルドを再現します。@nativescript-community/ui-material-core と before-plugins.gradle がどこで処理されるかを追跡します。共有 core AAR が一度だけビルドされ、依存するプラグインも引き続き正常にビルドできれば完了です。
