Auto-exit after `tns test` completes and allow for console output collection

The currently recommended approach to running tns test in a CI environment is to use the --justlaunch switch, so that tns exits after the test run completes.

• We need a way to run without --justlaunch, so we show console.log and other output to the user and let CI systems collect it in their build logs.
• We also need a --timeout parameter that will kill the test run if it doesn't complete in X minutes/seconds.

tns test コマンドから始め、既存の --justlaunch の動作を追跡します。CI 用のコンソール出力を維持し、--timeout パラメーターを追加し、テストの実行が完了するかタイムアウトしたときに自動的に終了することで、完了を定義します。
