説明
Enable integration of the Runtime with Chrome DevTools. This will supersede the current node_inspector integration, which is quite outdated mainly because it has some Node dependent functionality. Additionally it will provide a more universal and well known developer experience.
This is an epic feature and will spawn on several iterations.
