Description

Hi there,
This is a very meaningful research, and I have some questions when studying.
HU_thred = (-150.0 - hu_min) / (hu_max - hu_min)
How is the value of this formula determined? Can the value(-150.0) used to focus on different organs be a same value? Or choose the window width and window level of different organs.
Look forward to your reply

Research direction

The issue names the HU_thred formula and the value -150.0, but no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating HU_thred in the repository and checking how threshold values are used for organ-focused preprocessing. Done means documenting whether the value is fixed or how window width and level should be selected.
