Description
Hello, great work on the modelsgenesis, this might be a straightforward question, in the lung nodule segmentation.ipynb, under Test and the segmentation_model_evaluation() function, there is a difference in IoU and Dice, is it because of the different evaluation metric function used in utils.py?

Research direction
Read lung nodule segmentation.ipynb, focusing on the Test section and segmentation_model_evaluation(). Then inspect the evaluation metric functions in utils.py and compare how IoU and Dice are computed. Done means providing a clear explanation of whether the differing results come from the metric implementations or another evaluation detail.
