kernel files need updating

Dear Xiaomi Open Source Team,

I would like to formally request the release of the kernel source code for the [Redmi 13C 5G/Redmi13R 5G/POCO M6 5G], also known as air/atmos, in accordance with the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2), which covers the Linux kernel used in our devices.

As per GPLv2, kernel source code should be made publicly available once binaries are distributed. Releasing the source will allow developers to:

Build custom kernels
Develop and maintain custom ROMs

まず、MiCode/MTK_kernel_modules と MiCode/Xiaomi_Kernel_OpenSource の air-t-oss ブランチ、および参照されている upstream issue を確認します。Redmi 13C 5G/Redmi13R 5G/POCO M6 5G に不足している kernel source と、リリースに必要な変更を特定します。要求された Android 15 kernel source が一般公開されれば完了です。
