paginated-projects-list function needs a default sorting parameter

I use this function to populate our list of projects, and did not realise that there is no default order_params parameter (email chain with @erpas).

It seems illogical that a user will ever want to retrieve a random page of projects and thus I think there should either be a order_params value (either id or name makes sense to me), or order_params should be a required parameter.
