Client fails to pull on windows (when installed from pip)

When using the client on Windows outside of QGIS (e.g. installed through pip), it does not work correctly when trying to pull a new version that involves geodiff operations:

It fails with the following traceback:

It looks like the underlying issue is in geodiff as client-log.txt contains this error:

GEODIFF: Unable to enable sqlite3/gpkg extensions

Bắt đầu với client.py:546 và client_pull.py:553, sau đó kiểm tra client-log.txt để tìm lỗi extension GEODIFF. Tái hiện workflow Windows đã cài pip được mô tả trong issue và theo dõi bước pull GeoPackage. Được xem là hoàn tất khi pull_project hoàn thành đối với một GeoPackage đã thay đổi mà không có ClientError được báo cáo.
