Type checking for functions as argument?

Is there something I can do have type checking for passed in functions?

```lua
---@param fn fun(i: integer)
local function accepts_integer_function(fn)
end

---@type fun(s: string)
local function mismatching_function(s)
end

-- expecting this to raise an error, but it doesn't
accepts_integer_function(mismatching_function)
```

从 issue 中的最小 Lua 示例开始，跟踪 language server 如何将 accepts_integer_function 的 fun(i: integer) 参数与 mismatching_function 的 fun(s: string) 类型进行检查。完成的标准是，language server 在传入不兼容函数的调用处报告类型错误。
