Description

Is there something I can do have type checking for passed in functions?

```lua
---@param fn fun(i: integer)
local function accepts_integer_function(fn)
end
---@type fun(s: string)
local function mismatching_function(s)
end
-- expecting this to raise an error, but it doesn't
accepts_integer_function(mismatching_function)
```

Research direction

Start with the minimal Lua example in the issue and trace how the language server checks accepts_integer_function's fun(i: integer) parameter against mismatching_function's fun(s: string) type. Done means the language server reports a type error at the call where the incompatible function is passed.
