"Workspace loading: 0/0" on hover (Unless in Preview Mode)

Hover

Expected Behaviour

Hover should work in the workspace, rather than displaying "Workspace loading: 0/0" forever

Actual Behaviour

If I go into "problems" and click a problem (and it opens the Preview read-only file) the hover works there, but if I hover in the normal workspace I get "Workspace loading: 0/0" forever

Reproduction steps

1. Open VSCode with Lua Language Server enabled
2. Connect to remote repro
3. Have a lua file open
4. Hover over something
5. Observe the "Workspace loading: 0/0" on hover
6. Observe that it does not ever load

記載されたリモート再現手順を使用して Visual Studio Code Extension で問題を再現し、その後、通常の Workspace と Preview mode でホバーしながら service.log を確認します。Workspace のホバーが「Workspace loading: 0/0」のままにならず解決されれば完了です。
