Description
### How are you using the lua-language-server?
Visual Studio Code Extension (sumneko.lua)
### Which OS are you using?
Windows
### What is the issue affecting?
Libraries
### Expected Behaviour
I expect it works with custom repository addons (workspaceStorage)
### Actual Behaviour
It works with official repository addons (globalStorage)
_important note: I copied the files from "workspaceStorage" to "globalStorage" to illustrate the problem. Without this, the custom library will not activate._
### Reproduction steps
1. Go to 'settings', search for 'Lua.addonManager.repositoryPath'
2. Type 'https://github.com/antim0118/LLS-Addons-LPYT'
3. Open 'Addon manager'
4. Activate any custom addon
5. Nothing happens (because it tries to find the addon in globalStorage folder)
### Additional Notes
_No response_

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by setting Lua.addonManager.repositoryPath to the linked repository and activating an addon through the Addon manager. Trace the addon manager's repository path resolution, then verify that custom repository addons load from workspaceStorage without copying them to globalStorage.
