GraphQL queries are not cached

The client allows setting a cache adapter. That works nice with REST API but doesn't work with GraphQL calls

No file or test is named. Start by locating the cache-adapter handling for REST and GraphQL calls, then reproduce the difference with a configured adapter. Done means GraphQL requests use the configured cache adapter consistently and the behavior is covered by a regression test.
