## 🐛 Bug
`tpu-info` has been broken after [v162 - TPU](https://github.com/Kaggle/docker-python/releases/tag/400ac06b974e3cb52d8606ffd9e6eb037da555e6d23df9dec34fc5677767e226) VM
### To Reproduce
Select TPU accelerator
Run code:
```python
!tpu-info
```
### Current behavior
```
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
```
### Expected behavior
Successfully show TPU cores and their Utilization
