Failed to compile with PackageCompiler

Hi, I was trying to compile PyPlot using PackageCompiler.jl but failed. I raised an issue [https://github.com/JuliaLang/PackageCompiler.jl/issues/226](https://github.com/JuliaLang/PackageCompiler.jl/issues/226) but people there asked me to raise it again here.

I also tried compiling PyCall using the scripts in [https://github.com/JuliaPy/PyCall.jl/tree/master/aot](https://github.com/JuliaPy/PyCall.jl/tree/master/aot) which worked pretty well. So please help. Without AOT compilation PyPlot would take about half a minute to load. Thanks.
