Need to figure out how to have codeql break on analyzer problems that aren't intentional warnings

Right now it says build failed on our intentional warnings, but we only want it to on things outside our intentional warnings

Start by locating the repository's CodeQL workflow or analyzer configuration and inspect how build failures are classified. Done means intentional warnings no longer fail the build while other analyzer problems still do.
