[Testing] - Research analysis component testing.

The research analysis information gathering process consists of names and descriptions for the analysis, problem, and solution. Suggestions are added if available and interview date for the process or problem discovery.

The testing required is:

1. Test the input values are returning values if no input is provided.
2. Test the form elements are functional such as date picker.
3. Verify text is legible and instructions readable.
4. The web API completes and returns the expected data.
5. The input data from the form is stored successfully in the db.
6. Data is returned to the component and feature process is completed.
7. Automated browser tests for form inputs and process completion.
8. Test the validation and form completion client-side functionality.
9. Test the edit feature for data documents.
